  • To define functional and operational requirements for the proposed integrated robotic system based on the needs of bridge owners and operators, the robotics industry and the bridge inspection and assessment industry.
  • To investigate the regulatory framework, legal aspects and standards regarding the proposed bridge inspection and assessment system.
  • Based on functional and operational requirements and regulation/standards, to set the system design and provide the final system specifications
  • To provide the final system architecture that will in turn derive the overall system architecture.
